The title of this post is a bit biased since the two awesome people that opened this CrossFit box are long-time friends of mine, one of them since my middle school days. John and Ellie recently opened CrazyTrain CrossFit in West Palm Beach, just minutes from downtown. John, a veteran of the Palm Beach County Fire Department, has been doing CrossFit for about 5 years and if you know John, he's one motivated guy so it was just a matter of time before he opened his own facility. They have a beautiful 4,000 Sq. Ft. facility with all top-o-the-line Rogue equipment. It actually looks like a Rogue showroom. Plenty of other unique "toys" you won't find anywhere else since they picked up gear used in the 2013 CrossFit Games.
John & Ellie, along with their partner (and bad-a$$ CrossFit athlete) Jenny Carter, are dedicated to having extremely well-rounded programming including focus on the needs of adaptive athletes including Autism, ADHD and MS. Ellie & Jenny are also certified in CrossFit Kids programming and will be expanding that side of the business as they grow. If you are ever in West Palm Beach or just love visiting other boxes for a workout, then please swing by CrazyTrain and give them a shot!
They are conveniently located a couple of blocks off of Okeechobee Blvd in West Palm Beach. Head on over to CrazyTrain CrossFit in West Palm Beach and get a workout in!
